There will be one ice session each week in Saskatoon and each ice session is $50. Total price with tax is $525.00.

On Ice: 5 Session Pack

Each 60-minute session will focus on edge work, speed, stick handling, and shooting, helping you become a more versatile and confident player on the ice. If you're looking to elevate your game, Erica will tailor the sessions to your needs.
There will be one ice session each week in Saskatoon and each ice session is $70. Total price is with tax is $367.50.

Friday Morning Ice Times

 

Get ready to take your hockey skills to the next level once a week. Each 60-minute session will focus on edge work, speed, stick handling, and shooting, helping you become a more versatile and confident player on the ice. If you're looking to elevate your game, Erica will tailor the sessions to your needs.

Christmas Break Day Camp

 

Get ready for December 27th. There are 2 ice sessions at ACT (11:30-12:30 & 1:15-2:15) and 1 off ice session (3:00-5:00pm) at a private gym in the north end of the city.

Spiritwood Hockey Camp

Team Sessions

 

Join Erica for an intense 60-minute team session where our focus is on edge work, but we also cover the different components of hockey. Our intensive training not only works on skating skills, but also improves balance, coordination, speed, stick handling, hand-eye coordination, and strength. Perfect for players of all skill levels looking to take their game to the next level. 

Each session is $200 plus ice rental.

Team Power Skating

 

Sharpen your skating skills with a 60-minute team power skating session. This intensive training focuses on improving balance, coordination, speed, and overall skating ability, ensuring that players are faster, more efficient, and have better control over their edges. Join Erica to improve your stride length, skating efficiency, and confidence on the ice.

Each session is $200 plus ice rental.

Off Season: Off Ice

 

Join Erica 1x/week, 2x/week, or 3x/week. The 2-hour sessions focus on building strength, endurance, power, mobility, and speed, along with crucial skills like hand-eye coordination and stick handling. Located in a state-of-the-art facility in the North end of the city, that includes a turf area, free weights, machines, a parachute treadmill and full weight room to name a few. You'll have everything you need to up your game.​

Included: 12 days total, 2 hour sessions. $40 per hour each.

Total Package Price for 8 days: $672.00

Total Package Price for 4 days: $336.00
